This class blends different yoga disciplines to create a practice that balances active movement with restorative poses. Cultivate strength and flexibility while exploring the fundamental elements of each posture. Each class’ physical asana is supported by yogic philosophy and incorporates pranayama as a means to deepen the mind-body connection. Open to all levels, students are encouraged to attune the practice to meet their individual needs.
