RESERVATIONS REQUIRED | To reserve seats please use this link --> Eventbrite Tickets | #Chef Challenge Syracuse challenges chefs and guests to push culinary boundaries while using local ingredients for a true farm-to-table experience. The Executive Chef and Owner Kathleen Lowe and team of Sugar Magnolia Bistro (Downtown Syracuse, NY) will have limited time to make a four-course family-style mystery meal using a mystery box of pasture-raised meat and organic produce from Grindstone Farm (Pulaski, NY). Expect anything BUT the menu and Southern-inspired cuisine for a night of creative food and cocktails. The goal is to put Syracuse NY on the map as a foodie destination. Dinner is strictly limited to 50 guests and reservations are required in advance as our events typically sell out. We only visit each restaurant once for a unique opportunity to experience the talent of our favorite local chefs "beyond their menu" with unlimited culinary creativity. Some seats are may already be reserved in advance for photographers, social media bloggers, staff from the City of Syracuse - Office of the Mayor, and our partner sponsors and farmers.
