Central Rock Gym has a new Qigong class that's free and open to the public on Monday mornings! Qigong is an ancient Asian method of breathing techniques. It can help with focus, mental clarity, and all around mental and physical health. Qigong can involve active or non-active breathing techniques. These breathing methods are found in TaiChi, yoga, and various other forms of meditation. The instructor is Eric Tucker, who has been involved in Taichi and Qigong practice for over 30 years, and has been teaching for over 20. He uses his knowledge to help people with disabilities, and those that suffer from chronic pain. Start your morning and week here at Central Rock Syracuse!
